Who are the sea otters in your organisation?

We may not always notice what they do, but without them, we’d be overrun with sea urchins.

Last week I learnt about the role of sea otters in maintaining coastal ecosystems, such as kelp forests, embayments and estuaries.

My team mate Magda had run a workshop about creativity and introduced us to the IDEO nature cards. The idea was to use strategies from the natural world to inspire us to approach a design challenge in a new way.
